About George Thomson Art
A journey through passion and creativity
George Thomson, born and raised in Glasgow, is mostly a self-taught painter who honed his skills at the esteemed Glasgow School of Art. Having painted since childhood, George's artistic pursuits necessitated a hiatus when he focused on his career and family. However, over the past decade, he has rediscovered his love for art, embracing the adventure it brings. Notably, George participated in the Sky Arts Landscape Artist TV programme, further fueling his artistic endeavors. To fully immerse himself in the artistic realm, George made the bold decision to move to the picturesque Dordogne region in France, where he now devotes himself entirely to his craft.
